ALCHEMY
It is at this moment that we wish to share with you the way in which Philippe Jamesse interprets our wines. The former head sommelier of Domaine des Crayères in Reims gives us his interpretation of the interaction of Carbon champagnes.
We merge two types of energy: the carbon present in the atmosphere and then the carbon dioxide from the bubbles of Champagne inside, thus confirming the existence of interactions. This is where the alchemy operates.
We connect our wines to the elemental force linked to the earth and born from the stars.
